The academic board meeting of our Vocational School for the 2024-2025 academic year was held under the chairmanship of our Director, Dr. Lecturer İrfan Usta, with the participation of Deputy Director, Lecturer Nurgül Kaplan, department heads and academic staff.
The meeting evaluated academic studies, educational processes, and institutional development-focused activities conducted throughout the year. Steps to improve educational quality and the contribution of social and cultural activities to student development were emphasized.
Quality assurance practices for programs undergoing accreditation were shared, and a roadmap for process monitoring and document preparation was reviewed. It was stated that this process would contribute to the quality-focused institutionalization of our college in line with its strategic goals.
Program guides, course information packages, and curriculum plans for the upcoming semester were developed. Additionally, academic projects that will contribute to the strategic plan, educational activities, and practices aimed at improving student satisfaction were discussed in detail.
The meeting ended with the sharing of wishes and expectations of the faculty members.
